BRAND EVOLUTION
2024

Info
MOS is a development company dedicated to creating extraordinary places. The brand works in an integrated way, guiding each project from its first idea to final delivery, always in close dialogue with its network of leading architects. Its portfolio includes refined country houses in the interior of São Paulo, residential buildings in neighborhoods like Pinheiros and Jardins, and bespoke commissions such as the Dengo factory.
Beyond architectural excellence, MOS maintains a deep relationship with the world of art. Each project incorporates exclusive, site-specific artworks, and the brand is an active presence in the cultural circuit as the master sponsor of ArPa, one of São Paulo’s most relevant art fairs. Other initiatives include a itinerant library of rare titles in design, art and architecture, and MOS Convida, a program of visits and encounters in significant architectural and cultural spaces across the city.
In 2024, Estúdio Arnold was invited to evolve MOS’s visual identity, bringing the brand closer to the cultural universe that defines its practice and sets it apart within São Paulo’s real-estate landscape. The new identity is built from a clean, typographically driven system, inspired by visual languages common to art and cultural institutions, and designed to communicate both its architectural projects and artistic initiatives with equal clarity.
